WE RIDE WHAT WE BUILD.
Design2Ride is a one-person print farm and design shop in the Bay Area. Every part ships from the same workbench where it was drawn.
WHY IT EXISTS
The part didn't exist. So we made it.
Every D2R part started as a personal fix — something we needed on the trail that the catalog didn't have. When it worked, we made more.
THE PROCESS
Designed, printed, tested. In that order.
We run Bambu P2S and H2D machines. Parts are designed in CAD, stress-tested virtually, printed, and sent out for real-terrain validation before they ship to you.
THE MATERIAL
PETG because it survives.
PETG is UV-resistant, impact-tolerant, and holds geometry better than PLA in direct sun. We're adding ASA for parts in high-heat or outdoor-storage scenarios.
